About Our SMS Program
Knowledge Works Academy sends appointment-related text messages to parents, guardians and adult students who choose to opt in. Messages include booking confirmations, a reminder approximately 24 hours before an assessment and a reminder approximately 2 hours before an assessment. We may also reply to appointment questions you send us. Messages may be automated or sent by our team. This program does not include promotional offers.
Your Choice
SMS participation is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, enrollment or booking an assessment. Providing a phone number by itself does not constitute consent to automated texts. SMS consent is separate from email preferences and other business transactions.
Message Frequency and Charges
Typically, you will receive up to three scheduled messages per assessment, depending on when you book. Message frequency varies if you contact us or book additional appointments. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Stop Text Messages
Reply STOP to a message or text STOP to 678-730-6671 to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Further automated appointment texts will stop unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment.

Delivery
Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please rely on your booked appointment details even if a reminder does not arrive.
Your Number and Privacy
Only opt in using a number you own or are authorized to use. Let us know if your number changes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with booking and messaging.
